1. What are the terms of return policy?

All packages are securely packed and double checked for any damage before dispatch.We recommend to take unpacking video and photograph for any damage claims. Without proof we will not process return request.Free reverse pickup will be arranged only in the following conditions.Product damaged when receivedProduct is defective in any way

 2. Will I have to pay for the return order?

Yes, you will have to bear the postal charges for sending your products back to us.Rs 70 return shipping amount will be charged in case for wrong size orders, Customer are held responsible for return shipping charge.

3.What are the terms of refund policy?

Upon successful pickup of the return product at your doorstep, We will initiate refund only after conducting an inspection of the return product at our warehouse. Products which are unused and found in good conditions are only eligible for refund.

4.How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?

Within 15 business days.After inspecting the return product and everything is found fine, we shall initiate a refund directly to your bank account.However for COD orders, customers should mail their bank details to customercare@remera.in .

We do offer exchange for wrong size and fit issues,however customers are entitled for shipping charges.
